Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion—no tangled wires or missed deadlines on your watch!

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to keep everything running smoother than a new circuit breaker

  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure expectations and timelines are met

  • Review blueprints, technical drawings, and job specs to develop accurate estimates and execution plans

  • Supervise field teams, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and up to code

  • Troubleshoot project challenges and develop creative solutions (bonus points for thinking outside the fuse box)

  • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

  • Keep meticulous project documentation and prepare regular progress reports for all stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing electrical projects (commercial or residential)

  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred

  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • OSHA-30 Certification a plus (safety first, second, and third)

Receptionist

  • Manage emails, mail, and deliveries—nothing slips through the cracks on your watch

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area (your domain, your pride!)

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and keep calendars up to date

  • Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping

Journeymen

We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to join our dynamic team! This position is for skilled professionals ready to take charge, tackle complex tasks, and deliver top-quality electrical work for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes and safety standards

  • Diagnose electrical problems and determine the best solutions—no “guess and check” here!

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and job specs

  • Supervise and mentor apprentices and helpers, passing along your hard-earned knowledge

  • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site (because stepping on tools hurts everyone’s pride)

  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members

  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:

  • Current Journeyman Electrician License (a must!)

  • OSHA-30 Certification (we’re serious about safety)

  • Proven experience in commercial and/or residential electrical work

  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and best practices

Mechanic/Helpers

We are always looking for  motivated Electrical Mechanic/Helpers to join our growing team! This position is ideal for individuals with some electrical experience who are eager to learn from the pros, build their skills, and grow with us. You’ll work alongside experienced electricians to assist in installations, maintenance, and repairs at various job sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment

  • Pull wire, mount electrical boxes, install fixtures, and perform basic wiring under supervision

  • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

  • Help with material handling, job site cleanup, and organization

  • Follow instructions from lead electricians and supervisors

  • Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

  • Other duties as assigned (because sometimes, you’re also the hero who finds the missing screwdriver)​

Requirements:

  • Some prior experience in electrical work (trade school or hands-on a plus)

  • Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and instructions

  • Willingness to learn and take direction

  • Reliable transportation to various job sites

  • Basic knowledge of tools and safety procedures

  • OSHA-10 Certification preferred (we love safety, but we also love coffee breaks)

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills​
